Bionic Promotional Campaign: Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotional Offer: This promotional campaign (the ‘Campaign’) is organised by Scottish Power Ltd (‘Scottish Power’) via Bionic Services Limited (‘Bionic’). Bionic’s role is solely to identify and provide details of eligible customers to Scottish Power for fulfilment of the incentive. The Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Participation in the Campaign is subject to these Terms. Under this Campaign, certain Bionic customers (“Eligible Customers”) may receive a £100 Love2shop gift card ("Voucher") when they arrange their business energy contract(s) through Bionic with Scottish Power.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:
    To qualify for the Voucher, Eligible Customers must satisfy the following conditions:

    • Be at least 18 years old and reside in the UK.
    • Hold a non-domestic supply and have business authorisation to enter into an energy supply contract.
    • Provide a valid and active email address.
    • Arrange at least one new business energy supply contract, through Bionic’s services, for an “Eligible Meter.” For the purposes of this Campaign, an “Eligible Meter” means a non-domestic electricity or gas supply meter that is not supplied by Scottish Power at the time the new contract is signed, is arranged through Bionic’s services, and is registered for business use (not residential).

  3. Voucher Details:
    • Only one (1) Voucher will be issued per Eligible Customer, regardless of the number of meters renewed.
    • Only applicable to Eligible Customers taking out a Scottish Power business energy contract through Bionic.
    • The Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

  4. Voucher issuance & usage:
    • The Voucher will be sent by Scottish Power via email as a Voucher reward code to the Eligible Customer’s registered email address within 30 days from the date in which the new business energy contract is signed.
    • The Voucher can be redeemed on Scottish Power’s Love2shop platform.
    • Each Voucher has an expiry date of 24 months.
    • Bionic accepts no responsibility for any delays or issues with the delivery of the Voucher due to incorrect or outdated email addresses provided by the Eligible Customer.

  5. Campaign duration:
    • The Campaign will take place between the 30th October 2025 and 27th November 2025.
    • Only business energy contracts arranged within this timeframe are eligible for the Voucher.

  6. General Conditions
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount provided by Bionic or Scottish Power.
    • Bionic reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims and to withhold passing customer details to Scottish Power if the eligibility criteria are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
    • Scottish Power reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in respect of these terms and conditions.
    • The prize draw is not open to employees of Bionic or Scottish Power, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Voucher.
    • Bionic accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Voucher and not specifically included in the Voucher. Scottish Power is responsible for Voucher fulfilment.
    • Bionic will process and transfer eligible customer data to Scottish Power solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Scottish Power will process personal data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
    • If for any reason any aspect of this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures or events beyond the control of Bionic or Scottish Power, either party may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
    • Eligible Customers participating in the Campaign are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
    • Bionic and Scottish Power reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    • Bionic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by customers as a result of entering the Campaign or accepting the Voucher.
