Bionic Promotional Campaign: Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotional Offer: This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organised and administered by Bionic Services Limited ("Bionic"). Under this Campaign, specific Bionic customers (“Eligible Customers”) are eligible to receive a £100 Amazon gift card ("Voucher") when they organise their business energy contract(s) through Bionic, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:
    To qualify for the Voucher, Eligible Customers must meet the following criteria:
    • The Campaign is open to new customers only and at least one of the business energy supply contracts must have an estimated energy consumption of a minimum of 9,999 kw/H per year.
    • Each Eligible Customer must arrange at least one (1) business energy supply contract for any of their meters using Bionic’s services.
    • Each business energy supply contract must go live (commence and not be terminated by the Eligible Customer) for the Eligible Customer to receive the Voucher.
    • If an Eligible Customer arranges a business energy supply contract using Bionic services, and this contract is subject to a rejection or objection by a supplier which results in the contract needing to be resold. The Eligible Customer will still be entitled to receive the Voucher if they arrange another business energy supply contract using Bionic Services.
    • Each Eligible Customer will receive pro-active contact from Bionic and no customer who contacts Bionic unsolicited will be an Eligible Customer.

  3. Voucher Details:
    • Only one (1) Voucher will be issued per Eligible Customer, regardless of the number of meters sold.
    • Only a signed new contract with a Bionic supplier will be proof for Bionic that an Eligible Customer can receive the Voucher.
    • The Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

  4. Voucher Issuance:
    • The Voucher will be sent via email as a gift card claim code to the Eligible Customer’s registered email address within one (1) month of the date on which the relevant business energy contract goes live.
    • Bionic is not responsible for any delays or issues with the delivery of the Voucher due to incorrect or outdated email addresses provided by the Eligible Customer or any unforeseen circumstances which are out of the control of Bionic.

  5. Campaign Duration:
    • The Campaign is valid for business energy supply contracts arranged between 1st December 2025 to 31st December 2025.
    • Only business energy contracts arranged within this timeframe are eligible for the Voucher.

  6. General Conditions
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount provided by Bionic.
    • Bionic reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims and to withhold the Voucher if the eligibility criteria are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
    • Bionic reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in respect of these terms and conditions.
    • This offer is not open to employees of Bionic, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Voucher.
    • Bionic accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Voucher and not specifically included in the Voucher.
    • Bionic shall use and take care of any personal data the Eligible Customer supplies to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Campaign, the Eligible Customer agrees to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about the Campaign and/or Voucher.
    • If for any reason any aspect of this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Bionic which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, Bionic may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
    • Bionic reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    • Eligible Customers participating in the Campaign are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Bionic reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    • Bionic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred or suffered by customers as a result of entering the Campaign or accepting the Voucher.
